Who we are

This site is run by George, the creator of the Sen-Shiq Method ([legal name and country]). Contact: hello@thesenshiqmethod.com.

Education, not medical care

The Sen-Shiq Method is education and movement coaching. It is not medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have pain, bleeding, symptoms of prolapse, or any condition after childbirth that worries you, see your doctor or a pelvic-floor physiotherapist first. Stop any exercise that causes pain.

You use the videos and articles at your own risk and choose your own pace.

Membership and payment

The membership costs $19 per month, billed every month until you cancel. Payments are handled by our online reseller, Creem, which is the merchant of record for your order and also handles sales tax and VAT.

You can cancel anytime from your account. See Refunds and cancelling.

Your account

Your membership is for you. Please don't share your login or download, copy or re-post the videos.

Our content

The videos, articles, pictures and the Sen-Shiq Method name belong to George. Anatomy pictures are based on Z-Anatomy / BodyParts3D, CC BY-SA 4.0.
